These terms govern all interactions with Eventravio, including website use and service enquiries. Eventravio is a UK event agency based in London. This website is for event organisation and enquiries, not ticket sales. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or submit an enquiry.

Definitions

"Eventravio", "we", "us", "our" refer to the agency.
"Client", "you", "your" refer to the individual or organisation making an enquiry.
"Services" refers to event planning, production, venue transformation, hospitality, and physical casino experiences, including poker tables, roulette, blackjack, and casino-themed evenings.
"Casino experiences" are physical, in-person experiences for adults aged 21 and over only.

Service Description

Eventravio offers comprehensive event planning and production services for corporate events, private celebrations, team events, and casino-themed evenings. Our services include venue transformation, hospitality, and physical casino experiences with poker tables, roulette, and blackjack. All events are tailored to client requirements through a proposal process. We do not sell tickets or offer admission prices; casino experiences are physical and in-person only.

This website is an enquiry platform; no services are contracted until a written proposal is accepted. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding agreement. Booking and Confirmation

Proposal and Acceptance

Upon enquiry, Eventravio will provide a detailed proposal. A booking is confirmed only when the client accepts the proposal in writing and any required deposit is paid.

You submit an enquiry through the website or contact page.
Eventravio reviews your requirements and prepares a written proposal.
You accept the proposal in writing, by email or signed document.
Any required deposit is paid within the timeframe stated in the proposal.
Eventravio confirms the booking in writing.

Proposals are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Eventravio reserves the right to decline any enquiry.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about the event, venue, and expected attendance.
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and ensuring venue compliance.
Clients must ensure all attendees are 21 or older for casino-related events.
Eventravio may require proof of age for casino experiences.
Clients are responsible for guest conduct during the event.

Casino-themed events are strictly for adults aged 21 and over.

Pricing and Payment

Fees and Deposits

All fees are outlined in the proposal. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a date. The deposit amount and due date will be specified in the proposal. Final payment is typically due 14 days before the event. Eventravio does not sell tickets; all payments are for services.

Additional Costs

Any additional services requested after booking confirmation will be quoted separately and must be approved in writing. Changes to scope may affect pricing and timeline. Eventravio will provide updated proposals for approval before any additional work begins.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and additional cancellation fees may apply based on proximity to the event date.

Cancellation by Eventravio

Eventravio reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full. Eventravio will provide as much notice as possible. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Liability and Indemnity

Limitation of Liability

Eventravio's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Eventravio is not responsible for third-party suppliers' failures.

Client Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify Eventravio against claims arising from the client's breach of these terms or unlawful conduct at the event. This includes damage to venue or equipment and claims from guests or third parties.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Event Blueprint Layers design, is owned by Eventravio and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission. Event concepts and proposals remain Eventravio's intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Data Protection and Privacy

Data Processing

Eventravio processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Data collected via enquiry forms is used solely to respond to enquiries and provide services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. We encourage informal resolution before legal action.
